Could Harrison Ingram Be Heading To Purdue?

Although we're still a bit removed from the 2021 recruiting cycle, we could have a bit of a story developing for a handful of Big Ten teams. That's because it appears that elite prospect Harrison Ingram could be seriously considering coming to the Big Ten.

Without a doubt, Ingram is one of the most talented prospects in the 2021 recruiting cycle. While he's only a four-star at the moment, he's rated 21st nationally by 247Sports and as one of the top players in the state of Texas. He has serious attention from schools like Baylor, Kansas, and Tennessee.

But one of the biggest recent factors appears to be Purdue, where he will be heading to visit on June 27th. It's too early to read too deeply into a visit by itself, but it speaks volumes that a kid out of Texas would be willing to make the trip up to Indiana. Perhaps he feels he can follow in the footsteps of Carsen Edwards, who also came out of Texas and played remarkably well for the Boilermakers.
Either way, it should be an interesting story to follow in the coming weeks. We'll keep you posted.

Golden State Warriors Sign Former Michigan Guard Glenn Robinson III

In an exciting development for fans of the Michigan Wolverines, the NBA's Golden State Warriors announced that they would be signing Glenn Robinson III after he was recently released by the Detroit Pistons. Shams Charania reported the news.
While GR3 hasn't quite had the professional career that Wolverine fans had hoped before when he left after the 2013-'14 season, he has managed to stay in the league and is now heading to one of the most successful franchises in basketball. Given the number of players that struggle to even stay on a roster, things could be quite a bit worse for the former Wolverine.

Realistically, Robinson will spend most of his time on the bench for the Warriors. He had to fight for playing time with the Pistons last year and it's hard to imagine less in front of him on the depth chart in the Bay. Still, there should be minutes available with the massive roster attrition that Golden State had endured in recent weeks, including Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala.

But no matter what happens, it should be interesting to follow in the coming months as the Warriors hope to rebound from losing to the Raptors in the Finals with GR3 added to the roster.
