Penn State Basketball Offers 2021 Three-Star Power Forward Jalin Billingsley

The COVID-19 pandemic might have brought the sports world to a halt, but things are still active on the recruiting trail. Pat Chambers is still making moves and decided to put out a new offer in the 2021 cycle to forward Jalin Billingsley.

Billingsley comes out of Cleveland, Ohio and is currently rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-7 and 195 pounds. Along with Penn State, Billingsley has offers from Dayton, Temple, and West Virginia among others. There are currently no crystal ball entries on 247Sports regarding his recruitment.
